I was hitting a brick wall everywhere I went and was at the end of a 7 year financial battle coming out of a divorce that left me unfortunately without to much. | Hi Frank, Jane and I would like to thank you and Mary for all your help in the last week. I never thought after my car was written off in the accident that I would be driving a 2011 Ford Fusion. Because we went through the proposal last year , we thought we would have to settle with an older car. When New Beginnings referred you to us, it was a god send. When you discovered I was looking at a 2006 Ford Fusion, you took the time to locate a 2011 with very low mileage for only $4000 more than the 2006. We also appreciate you and Mary working on the interest rate for us. I know it must be hard to get interest rates down when the customer has been through a bankruptcy or proposal, but you and Mary came through for us and for that we thank you. We are now driving a brand new car in our opinion and have started our way to reestablishing our credit. Thank you for treating us as people and not just as a sale. Sent: Thursday, June 03, 2010 9:38 AM Subject: Thank You Note VSC My wife & I filed a credit proposal with your company on March 12, 2010 & had our first of two meetings with BDO NB on May 26, 2010. At the meeting we asked for advise on purchasing a newer vehicle since our old model required many expensive repairs. BDO mentioned a program that you were working on called New Beginnings & they gave us the contact person. We contacted VSC & asked what was available to us. They explained how the program worked & assured us that this was no scam & that he would be working on a fairly late model vehicle to get us started & he would not surprise us with impossible interest rates. He gave us some ball park numbers & to our surprise he came through with every promise at an interest rate of 9>10% just as he promised. He came within pennies of the numbers he quoted us & we will be picking up the 2006 low mileage vehicle this week. It was so refreshing to deal with such an honest respectful person even though we experienced some financial difficulties in the past. In our case the financial problems were brought on by a two year illness & wages being reduced to less than 40% at some times. At first we thought that the proposal would be a very embarrassing experience but in this case VSC made us feel like a valued customer & treated us with total respect. I would like to commend VSC, BDO NB & anyone else involved in putting this program together.
